| Mik is an Alaskan Husky bred by Jamie Nelson that was raised, trained, and run in lead by Nancy Johnson from Devils Lake North Dakota. At ~8 years old, Mik is a veteran sled dog that has run highly competitive races such as Montana's Race to the Sky (pictured above - Mik is in lead on the musher's right - also, see pic here.). | |
| For us, Mik runs lead together with Drift (shown above left). She is a tremendous asset to the team. Not only does she know her commands, she actually follows them very consistently, even when Drift is feeling a little rebellious! | |
